The Students' Union of the Faculty of Transportation Engineering and Vehicle Engineering represents every student of the Faculty — including you.
Who we are
The Students' Union (in Hungarian: Hallgatói Képviselet, HK) is the elected body representing students of the Faculty. We sit on the Faculty Council and its committees, run the social and community scholarship procedures, help with academic and dormitory matters, and support student clubs and events.
Most of this website is in Hungarian, because most of our day-to-day work happens in Hungarian. This page collects what matters most if you do not read Hungarian yet — and you can always write to us in English.

Studies & exams
Course registration, exam rules and the Code of Studies (TVSZ) are handled by the Faculty and the Central Academic Office. Our education officer helps you interpret the rules and file petitions in Neptun.

Scholarships & fees
Most scholarships are tied to Hungarian state-funded status, but tuition, service fees and payment deadlines affect everyone. Ask us before a deadline, not after.

Dormitory
The Baross Gábor Dormitory is the main student residence of the Faculty. Places are allocated through an application procedure each academic year.

Student clubs
Eleven self-organised clubs run everything from the campus radio to the photo studio, the bike workshop and the community garden. Most of them welcome international students.
